Photographers are dreamers, they want to freeze time to write immortal light poems.

In a glance, in a smile, in a place, they seek the emotion that reaches the heart directly.

Sometimes they are successful and some images become universal heritage, accompanying us throughout our lives.

I am a photographer, I try to tell the life that flows around me with images, a story at the same time simple and complex, always wonderful.

My name is Pier Riccardo Vanni, born in Italy in 1955.

In the past I have worked with important photographic agencies such as International Color Press, Pictor Int., Federico Pagni. I was a member of FIAF (Italian Federation of Photographic Associations) and I have participated in numerous national and international photographic competitions, also winning some of them.

In these pages I share some of my work with you, hoping you like it and generate even a little emotion.

I fotografi sono sognatori, vogliono fermare il tempo per scrivere poesie di luce immortale.

In uno sguardo, in un sorriso, in un luogo, cercano l'emozione che arriva direttamente al cuore.

A volte hanno successo e alcune immagini diventano patrimonio universale, ci accompagnano per tutta la vita.

Sono un fotografo, cerco di raccontare con le immagini la vita che fluisce intorno a me, un racconto nello stesso tempo semplice e complesso, sempre meraviglioso.

Mi chiamo Pier Riccardo Vanni, nato in Italia nel 1955.

In passato ho lavorato con importanti agenzie fotografiche come International Color Press, Pictor Int., Federico Pagni. Sono stato membro della FIAF (Federazione Italiana Associazioni Fotografiche) ed ho partecipato a numerosi concorsi fotografici nazionali ed internazionali, vincendone anche qualcuno.

In queste pagine condivido con voi un po' del mio lavoro sperando vi piaccia e generi in voi anche solo una piccola emozione.
